Problem:

I want to read MEDC17 FLASH with PCMTuner ecu programmer, it failed me. 

Says USB dongle is not accessible and requires application version 1.2.5.

How to fix it?

Solution:
Don't update it.
Install PCMTuner software again.
Use their own application.
