PCMtuner (PCMflash 1.20) does simos 8.x in obd, but PCR2.1 needs unlocked first in BSL to enable OBD write.

Fetrotech is early AMT firmware so no simos or PCR2.1, but can read EDC16, MG1, MD1 on bench.

Dflash is later AMT firmware with added Simos and PCR2.1 full flash bench support but MD1/MG1 dropped.

Different firmware, you cannot put PCR2.1 or simos bench on pcmtuner hardware.
